Bugala has a chapel and a Chaplaincy that is entrusted with running the spiritual activities. The chaplaincy organizes retreats at its conference centre in Munyonyo and days of recollection. The chapel can seat 50 people, and it offers a quiet atmosphere for prayer and personal recollection. The priests of the centre are available for spiritual guidance.
